Ive been scratching my balls, erm brain (could tell you a funny story about my balls but dont trust you fuckers saying something to our lass on FB), about who we should sign to strengthen our side next season. Im thinking realistic targets, obviously someone like Ronaldo would strengthen us, but it would never happen. Cant think of any! Would like to sign a central defender, but im fucked if i can think of any.
Fabregas? Maybe a left-back?

Yeah left back is the only position I think you could do better. Getting a left back that fits in with your style is another thing completely.

It's a shame, he's been with us three seasons and his progress has gone up and down. After the second season I was happy as that he resigned as he looked a confident defensive mid and was playing superbly, thought he'd be in with a shout at Chelsea. But this season, injuries have hampered him and hes become shockingly error prone (see Blackburn goals), do wish him all the best though, will do someone a good defensive mid or even a left back, but will never be a centre back.
£1.75m seems pretty cheap for a young Englishman! Glad he's gone abroad though, not enough English players do that, it seemed to do Pennant some good.

Didn't ever look like making it at Chelsea, although we could have used him at times this season when we were overwhelmed with injury. Would have surely been better at centre-back than Ferreira ;)

And lol, Capello called him up to the England squad all those years ago. What a complete fucking shit nugget that guy is.

They should get Gareth Bale so they can have both the best player in the world and Messi in their team.

Tbh, back then he did look like he had the potential to push on, but I don't know whether it was on his half or ours but he didn't get any better and only worse. Wish him well of course but I can't see him succeeding.

He's been fired? wtf. Highlighting corruption is worse than committing it?

at least he has a cool name.

Impressive, wonder if he will perhaps spill some more information although I suspect part of the firing was not keeping it in the "family". It would appear they were closing ranks earlier with JWs comments about voting for Blatter and this kind of points to that direction as well, time will tell if he will lose his FIFA seat.

lmfao. The footballing authorities are falling apart. This is rediculous.

Surely the "acting president" should now be removed from office and replaced by someone that knows the job, and clearly isnt in someones back pocket.
This just makes it seem like they are upset that it was made public and wasnt swept under carpet

Sssshhhh! Turamber is a proper fan

Well I'm glad somebody realises this :m00:

What you fail to grasp, however, I was actually defending your right to "support" Barcelona. If you don't live in the area, come from the area or have ties with area and don't go to the games then you are like 99.9% of Man United fans on forums.

Yes but Turamber what if people are unable to go to games? It's known Marc has been numerous times to watch Barcelona which is fan-worthy no?

If I were to move to another country would that make a plastic fan despite all the years I have spent following Wolves?

My view on it is that a person can support whatever team they please as long as they make the effort to go and watch them at least once. Though I shall never understand the choice to not follow a localish side as it makes it feel like more when things go well.

I kinda get what Turamber is saying. If I was to support the team where I was born It would have been Arsenal :ninja:

Turamber is obviously a very proud individual of where he is from and who he supports, but I just dont get his crusade against us plastic fans.

I dont see how Fabregas would improve us, other than give us depth and a way of changing our style of play like he does for Spain when he comes on. That said, he is the player I would want to replace xavi. Yes, left back can be improved, just cant think of anyone!!

I know his ex, great girl who moved to Norway with him as soon as he asked her.. When they got there and got settled he broke up with her because he needed focus, so I dont think highly of him tbh..

Ps and she is good looking and now he wants her back because he is bored, benched and knows no one in England, lol
