I have to say, to me his change of direction has nothing to do with the touch of the ball. If anything it was to avoid a camera or something, but most likely he wanted to run her down. Imho ofc.

I did not think this incident would reach the media but it has. Do you think anything will come of it? I've seen the video and at times it has looked conclusive, at times it has not.

UEFA seem happy to bury their head in the sand about the antics of both teams, do you think they'll do the same for this?

Nah disagree mate. Watch where the ball goes after they come together, it seems to spill out in the direction of the byline. The burst of pace and change of direction is him trying to get around his man and to the ball first.

Webb is a bit hit and miss tbh. Sometimes he gives us weak decisions, but he also has a knack of sending off Utd players.

But Webb is one the better refs in the league, when it comes to high profile matches he is probably still the best bet.

Wouldn't be surprised to see them lose 25 points (10 for illegal payments, 15 for knowingly continuing to break the rules) which would take them out of the play offs. Having said that, they are owned by Briatore and Ecclestone which could well work in their favour *cough cough*.

I think there should be a punishment handed out, what was the point in these new rules being made if people who break them were not going to be punished? The player in question is one of QPR's best (I agree on 2nd best just behind Taarabt) so he has had a significant impact on their league campaign, they have known he was a 3rd party player thus the punishment should be incurred, if it's not then it just sets a pissy example tbh.

Good lad, I would do exactly the same if it was Chelsea, Spuds or Arsenal in the final tbh. The only people I couldn't support on principle are the Scousers and City because they have never and will never get behind United, two wrongs do make a right!
