I'd say Pires would be good for Villa, they are struggling with attacking players at the moment, and he showed in the champions league last season that he still has it. He may be old but he is pure class.

Not too sure, not played it too much but Federico Fazio is good in the air, plus he is 6'5"! Starts transfer listed I think.

Lewis Holtby / Idan Vered (very good cheap backup) / Gokhan Tore / Cazorla / Danny / James Morrison / Yilmaz / Ticinovic for AMR/AML.

ive noticed with capello, when he does play new people, its either in wrong position, last 10mins or playing alongside someone that wont help their game.
