2-0 Gyan starting to repay the £13m fee, looked very good today. He held the ball up well, went past players well and also took his two goals well. Looking forward to seeing him and Bent form a good partnership.

Ryan Shawcross sent off which to be fair he should have been in the first half for throwing his elbows around the place and generally being a cnut. Also a dodgy goal line clearance from Cattermole which first time I saw I thought it was over the line, which it wasnt but it was the most blatant handball which thankfully the ref missed.
