Simon Kjær is playing for Palermo - he has proven himself in the Serie A and on the national team. I'm not sure whether he's ready yet, but he'll be playing for one of the 10 best teams in the world within a few years.

I've just finished watching some ITV highlights of Champions League action tonight and they had Oliver Holt on. That twat from the Mirror who claims to know anything about sport.

My god, has ITV had to sink that low? The vast majority of his feedback was said as if he just caught the highlights whilst doing something else. Shocking stuff.


I believe the foul on Evra was a penalty but you can see how he made a meal of it - then Holt turns around and says "He was quoted in a paper as saying the only way Ireland will get a replay is if it's on an XBox, so he's getting a taste of his own medicine". What?? Talk about the football, not your twatty attempt to sound pithy as some hack columnist. Stick to people who have actually PLAYED football PROFESSIONALLY imo as pundits.

I think that depends on where you live tho. If you go out and 100 people in the age 15-30 here in Sweden 75% (maybe not 75% cause lots of Barca fans are there as usuall) of them will be United fans (if not more).

At the same time if you go and ask 40-50 year old guys I think Liverpool will be the biggest
