yeah i agree. I keep hoping that hes going to be like ronaldo who to be honest i thought was abit shit for his first couple of seasons but then matured into a great player. Im losing faith in nani however

omg.. Romelu Lukaku seems to be the next superstar. Chelsea has already made a bid for him afaik.

16 years old, 12 matches played for Anderlecht, and he has scored 6 goals. He's 1.92cm (!!) and weights 93. That's one hell of a teenager.

Yet despite not stumping up the cash he is quoted as saying "we were sure we were signing a good player with a very good mentality and the quality to play in the Premier League". What a despicable man.

Where the truth is that was he not such an arrogant prick and had he built a relationship with, rather than alienate the board and owners, had he not tried to poach Barry but instead gone to Villa in private with a reasonable bid.... well he might had had a replacement for Alonso by now. Also would Alonso have really left if Benetiz hadn't basically told the whole world that he regarded Barry as a better player?
