According to O'Neill there were some strong words and swearing, all started by NRC being unhappy about being substituted last Sunday and dropped from the team this weekend.

He's been told to have the weekend off and to come back to work on Monday with a clean slate.

NRC wasn't happy last year being used mostly as a substitute or an emergency right back, but then he's hardly set the world alight whilst he's been at Villa. He makes great tackles and then gives the ball back to the opposition. For £8.5 million you want a bit more than that.

In fairness to him his passing has been much better this season, but then he's also been picked a lot more often. No player has the right to tell the manager when he should be played and in what position. He thinks he is a lot better than he really is does our Nigel.

Foster really been giving us lots of issues this season with his kicking. He really needs to just stick his foot through the ball and be done with it.

Everyone knows what Tevez is like apart from Foster it appears. 2 occassions he got screwed over by Tevez being tenacious. How does he not know about him after years of being in the same team.

If it wasnt for the Foster screwup I couldnt see Man City getting back in the game as it was comfortable most the time. But with the gifted goal I can see City going on to get some sort of a result
