Well after seeing the advert, i have to agree, there's nothing really funny about it.

If they wanted to make a funny working advert, the singer would be a problem, which then gets solved. Annoy audience and then give the satisfaction when he gets hit by a truck or some such.

My mum hates it as well... she has to leave the room when it's on TV... while I find it annoying I tend to switch off in adverts so I don't pay that much attention.

Yep, its a seriously annoying advert, but its the ones that really wind you up that stick in your mind.

The other one I HATE is the Bailey's advert with the close up of the woman's mouth singing along to shite Christmas songs. I could listen to 12 hours of "Go Compare" rather than 30 seconds of that Bailey's ad TBFH

It would be funny if they spent all that money on advertising and it had a negative effect. Like I will never ever use swift insurance even if they are half the price - purely because of those ads that used to be on all the time with iggy pop being fking annoying

It only works if you head to compare.com and trust me when I say everyone I know hates the adverts and is saying compare.com can go fuck themselves.

I hate the advert for that cough syrup that is meant to shift mucus and has this little mucus wrestler jumping on a guy in bed, it always comes on when I am eating and makes me feel rather sick tbh.
