I see nothing wrong in having 2 TG vests - they don't last forever, especially being cloth and they are rare as hens teeth BUT offering to sell the 2nd one is both stupid AND cheeky IMO. Hope Brite realises he may never get the opportunity to own another of these again!

Brite , you really are chatting shit , you are welcome to have an opinion on my choice of class , but im afraid its the wrong one. I started my bd as soon as si came out , and was one of the first lvl 50 bds on prydwen , so if that makes me fotm then i am guilty as charged. As for the vest , im not gonna go hang myself coz i didnt get it , it was the principle of the matter that got my back up , not coz i didnt win the lotto u idiot . Any way i agree the matter has been dealt with so at least justice has been served , which is all i can ask for. As for the piece of shit remark , rofl you really are sad , and i hope you get zerged 24/7 by albs , maybe they can knock some sense or decency into you.

The methode of moving the responsibilty from a private person makes it a actual consequence if you steal a uber drop (hypothetically, this is a imaginary scenario written only to describe a situation where it will be used).
For example Agmundar foe slayer drops (about 20p BW trade value or so). "Dave" has been going on TG raids for one reason, to get a AFS. His group has agro and gets the drops, he get the AFS and logs directly with it. I ban him for stealing a drop, but does it have a consequence since he already has what he came for and managed to piss on the whole concept of FFA? This is where groupbased responsibility comes into the picture. If something is not handled by the book, the guild as a whole is punished until they deal with the problem.
But as I explained earlier, this is not that big of a issue for such drastic measures.
Case closed, Brite is banned, some admin close this thing.

I might get flamed by some now, but I just laughed at most in this thread.
First time I see it, but I see that even before Brite gets into the thread first time, the judgement has already fallen in peoples attitude, then when he comes, he tells that was not what happened and state his sight on what happened, fine, but no one listens as all, he ends up with a ban, treaths of having his hole guild banned if he don't return item, get alot of shit thrown into the head etc.. (you read it all, you get the picture).
Shanks = Fool, seriously, are you dumb? You say he lies (indirectly), but following is fact that only Brite and the other BD knows what really happened and no chat-logs have been given = no "truth" is "clearly right"
Maverick = I like your points of view, alittle open to both sides etc, defending Brite as only one and get's flamed for it ofc.
