and lifedrain proc on a savage that hits fast as hell and like 4 at the time(?) is pure uber ;>

lol its only 32 imbue points and that so called "very uber nerf thingie" lifedrain can be done by alchemist to i belive.. paying 2.xp for something you could have done for under 1 i just dont understand

lifedrain procs cant be crafted.

and yes, it gets bumped.

Lifedrain is only availible as a charge, imbue points for mp lvl50-51 is 37 with overcharche, reason for those high bids is the proc on it (not availible at alchemists)

even if it didnt have _any_ stats on it, lifedrain itself would be worth using it

The weapons you already have will get a boost, yes. Not just the new ones that drop.
