There is an Intel app, Intel thermal Analysis Tool. It will give the actual temps from the CPU. They will be higher than the sensors on speedfan etc detect, but they will show you the actual safe ranges.
Also have you checked your bios? Are the fans set to a smart mode (so they speed up when the pc gets hotter etc)? Is the thermal cut off stuff on -it will warn you or shut the pc down or lower the speed if things get to hot. If it is on and none of that is happening then I would suggest you ignore speedfan as your pc is within safe operating temps, no matter how hot it appears to be.
