I've been dual wielding since I got the skill, and I gotta say yes, I do miss alot. But on the other hand we are meant to according to blizzard.
The reasoning was to balance it towards 2h, and to do that effectively they had to cut down the damage on offhand to 50% and increase the miss rate to 20-24% methinks. (instead of the 5%) Otherwise it would have resulted in dual wield being vastly superior to any other choice out there.
I have experienced that I have about 20,9% misses constantly from my logs, but it doesn't really matter as I deal a nice amount of damage anyways as I hit much more frequently than a 2h wielder, which means more opportunities for overpower as they get more attacks to dodge, and also many more crits (even if theyre far from the pain a 2h crit would cause).
Maxed out unbridled wrath as well (as I won't need the points for demo shout to get piercing howl) which leads to loads of rage fast
