My Compaq R4025EA suffers charging issues and is very temperamental, but I should point out that it is rather old now so not that shocked.

I tend to find support from most companies tends to be a rather laborious process, as much as companies bang on about wanting to offer great support at the end of the day it costs them money so it is a compromise of offering most people ok support with as few shit ones as possible.

hp and dell are dire to general public most of the time, if you got a business account then they even lick the shit from your arse crack as well. both dont really give a crap about the average consumer
