After last galla raid we had some "problems" with the lotto, or problems is maby not the right word I would more say greedy person that can accept that you have to lotto to get a dropp.

Any way, after the raid all meet up in necht for the lotto. Verdant mace, the most wanted LW in hib had dropped in the raid. When it is time for the lotto of the LW a guy named Toymachine volounteered for the lotto for it. I msg him and gets invited to hes group, Gravdigger and a nother LW user (forgott name) also wants to lotto for it. only 4 in the lotto means 25% chance to get it. BUT <-- big but, this Toymachine dont like the odds and claims that Gravedigger and the other person wasnt on the raid and that only him and me should lotto about it (50% chance > 25% ^^). Any way, after 5 mins or some thing talking about it Toymachine loggs with the LW without a word and every one starts to wounder.

The server went down that they as many of you might remember but befor it did I had time to speake some with him. I dont have a ss on that chatlog cuz the server crashed in the middle of it. He said that him and me could lotto for it alone, cuz he still said that the 2 others wearnt on the raid, I didnt like that cuz it wasnt right against them cuz I know they wear on the raid. I said that we should w8 untill tomorrow to solve it cuz the others had gone to bed.

What lotto are you refering to? You mean the one you logged off before it even happened? Or the one you tried to set up with selene? (even though there were 2 others from the other day, remember when you logged off?)

He didnt get it in the dungeon, he was just the first person to respond to the drop and thus became lotto holder. The rest of the info you can see up there.

First, if you're going to talk, type it so a understand it, and second, from what i see it, a guild member reflects the guild, like it or not.

The guild typed /gc invite, so, untill he no longer in the guild, i see his actions as guild action, if he kicked out, then his actions are his actions.

I have spoked to cf gm and they will kick him as soon as he gets on again, I dont blame any one els in cf, they did all they could for solving this, but nothing they said worked and he "didnt care" if he gets kikced he said.

As i said, i'll judge him from his guild, if he no longer in a guild, i will not take any of this to the guild, but to him.

The reason i blame the guild first, as if they dident kick him, then they would of had no problems with him takeing it, so now i see why, but since they kicked him, black list this looser.
