The bluetooth interface doesn't offer any kind of capture facility though. So how would you propose to tell it to take a shot in the first place? You can't even do it from an installable app as the java is sandboxed from the rest of the hardware on the phone....
It actually IS possible, I just wrote a script to trigger the shutter remotely via bluetooth, send and delete the image from the phone and save it to harddisk with a unique name, containing the timestamp.
You need to run the script from float's mobile agent (you can get it from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=71167. Make sure that you get the newest version 0.10.31b, copy the script into the program folder and set it as default script in tools|options|script. After restarting fma and connecting it to the phone you should be able to take and transfer pictures.
