There's an audio delay but the problem is the pictures are preceding the audio, so that only makes it worse. It's only on certain functions.

I can understand the language waaaay better than I can speak it. Once apon a time I taught myself to speak basic Spanish and that completely fucked up all my French. Strange thing is that it also messed up my German equally badly :-/

The physical separation by water of the Brits means that hardly any of us are even bilingual.

I can speak English, Dutch, some French, some German, some Spanish and a tiny bit of Japanese. I used to be fluent in Indonesian (and German for that matter) but learning Dutch forced out the Indonesian, and learning my gutter-Spanish screwed up my German and French. My mum's awesome, she can speak English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portugese and Italian.
