Stop using AH in Orgrimmar / Stormwind

Imagine if everyone instead used the auction house in Gadgetzan we would have a crossfaction auction house. Would be great for many people who need faction based drops. I for example would love to find some tailoring recipes dropped for alliance exclusively etc.

At the moment it´s silly how few people use or even know of this auction house even though the possibilities with a alliance / horde is far better for both factions than the capital cities auction houses. The longer people use the ones in Orgrimmar/Stormwind the harder it will be to move there.

I hear that Gadgetzan roof campers are the main reason why people dont use the auction house there (at least on PVP servers), and a higher deposit is needed to sell items also

i was at (i still am cause i logged off there) at gadgetzan AH (Bloodscalp) at around 2:30 this morning didn't see any horde and not much for sale there either atm, no doubt when i log in tonight i'll get twatted

Indeed, Gadgetzan was devoid of both horde and stuff on the auction house

The AH is in IF for alliance

Have seen some stuff but not much. Cause people hardly visit the 40+ zone at low lvls.

Easier to get to IF than Gadgenzan and lower deposit.

lvl 25 .. where is gadegtzan? furthest afield i have got so far is wetlands and duskwood :/ and a bit of astranna

Blizzard have discussed linking all the AH's into one in an upcomming patch, it won't matter where you place an auction then.

Also I would rather give items to people in my faction, than some from the other faction.

Your point is valid though: its in a very inconvenient place where few people are 'just passing' regularly.

Shame really, the neutral AH is a nice idea. If it had been placed somewhere else (maybe Booty Bay) I expect it'd be alot more popular.

Costs way too much to list stuff at gadgetzan if its expensive. Ill list cheap stuff there, but too little audience to list more expensive stuff.. Basically if vendor price (not sell price, but price that vendor would charge you for an item) is the deposit if you list for 24 hours...

I went to gadgetzan yesterday and was chain killed by some lvl 60 rogues...
Thats why people dont use its AH.
