I did enjoy the 360 demo, haven't played it on Steam yet though. Won't be a day one purchase as my gaming money this month went on Deus Ex. My mate was saying the Steam Demo was very consolised and didn't have much options available to edit.

I can see the appeal but I'm not sure there's £35 worth of game there or is that just me?

QFT i loved the demo but i decided to go with Dead Island as Space Marines isn't worth the day one buy in the end.

It will be a nice next year summer game for me when it's £10.

I don't get what you're trying to say. It's not long enough? Or...?

I don't see the game mechanic keeping me glued to the game.

it is confirmed, definate, etc

its apparently (at least partly) like The Last Stand from DoW2 - ie, you stand in a room and fight waves of mobs.
aswell as possible campaigny-type bit aswell

but we shall see

its listed on the box so its definately coming , not just a pipe dream, up to 5 players apparently

Shame that a co-op is a DLC, but if you can't make it into release, understandable.

It just costs more to the company and ultimately to the player if they don't manage a launch DLC.

had a bit of a kick around on the multiplayer

its very good, fast aswell.
3 basic class types, each with 3 main weapons and 2 or 3 secondary
plus perks etc you can unlock

Maybe, but if they planned on having this already merged into the game but figured they didn't have time to do it properly, it wouldn't have costed them that much because it were most likely already budgeted for.

So it probably doesn't cost them that much in the end.

Post launch DLCs cost extra money to begin with.

If it's not ready, they implement more money on it to complete it(salaries etc). Budgets don't go past launch, it's extra cost, or a planned DLC cost. Either way, extra cost for a key feature.
