Ive just arrived back to Europe after two years in New Caledonia, where ive worked in one of the countrys many nickel mines.. Then back here in solid old Europe it came to me in an dream that it was an good ide to play daoc again, so therefor i wanted to activate my old account..
First step on this quest was getting my old passwords back, so i went to Goa'a homepage and within a few sec i had everything i needed. It was just like i remembered, the service was flawless and i got what i needed.. Now, the nxt step was paying for my account and here my first mistake was made. I somewhat used an card that didnt work for some strange reason.. This left me with this message "Unable to modify your subscription. An invoice is currently in process" its been like this for 48 hours now.. I am suprised to see this takeing so much time cause i remember Goa as an company that solves and fixes problems even b4 they appear. So i thought maybe the problem was that i still had my location in New Caledonia, i shud have ofc fixed that when i left, since they have internet in some of their 25 airports, but it must have slipped my mind.. Now, it shud be an smal problem to fix, so i go to personal information and update my info.. and it says they are sending me an mail where i must confirm my changes. Ive done it twice now and to my endless suprise i still havnt got an email, eventho its 48 hours since my first try. All it says is "your information is currently processed"
So? Do i wait for better days/months/years or do i have to call someone to get this fixed ?
