Sooo... (account stuff)

Ive just arrived back to Europe after two years in New Caledonia, where ive worked in one of the countrys many nickel mines.. Then back here in solid old Europe it came to me in an dream that it was an good ide to play daoc again, so therefor i wanted to activate my old account..
First step on this quest was getting my old passwords back, so i went to Goa'a homepage and within a few sec i had everything i needed. It was just like i remembered, the service was flawless and i got what i needed.. Now, the nxt step was paying for my account and here my first mistake was made. I somewhat used an card that didnt work for some strange reason.. This left me with this message "Unable to modify your subscription. An invoice is currently in process" its been like this for 48 hours now.. I am suprised to see this takeing so much time cause i remember Goa as an company that solves and fixes problems even b4 they appear. So i thought maybe the problem was that i still had my location in New Caledonia, i shud have ofc fixed that when i left, since they have internet in some of their 25 airports, but it must have slipped my mind.. Now, it shud be an smal problem to fix, so i go to personal information and update my info.. and it says they are sending me an mail where i must confirm my changes. Ive done it twice now and to my endless suprise i still havnt got an email, eventho its 48 hours since my first try. All it says is "your information is currently processed"
So? Do i wait for better days/months/years or do i have to call someone to get this fixed ?

or send an email to subscription@goa.com explaining your problem, send them your game usernames/CD codes etc as proof of who you are and what account you are talking about.

whenever i have a problem with subscription i do this, and as long as it's a week day it rarely takes more than an hour, though once or twice has taken about 5.

Yes, that was my first thought also.. After useing most of my spare time the last two years checking out the nightlife in the city of Muéo (on the west coast on New Caledonia) ive learned not only that 51% of the population are men (age 15-64) but to close my eyes and the hurt will go away.. However, i do not wish to get it cleard.. i do like to get my personal information updated, as i think its important for Goa to know where i live and play from so they can do their very best to reduce any lag (if any) i shud encounter.

do you still use the same email you had years ago ? GOA kinda like insist on sending some stuff to the first email you signed up with... even if the new one shows up in your user informations.

For me it's like: account closed/reopened goes to my new email.
RightNow and other subscription stuff goes to an ooooooooooold email adress.
Tried to tell them... they still keep sending to the old one.

also remember to check your junk mail folder, alot of my GoA mails have suddenly started being filtered by hotmail into there.

Now this was the best tip ive had so far, and fair to say ive forgot to see if the mail have gotten there. Ive also checked if i had blocked Goa from sending me information mails, but they are still not on my list. Im useing the same email as b4 my trip to the nickle mines btw
