Could be an E3 thing, overall we didn't get much on the console in terms of hardware such as the actual processor speed etc.

Doubt it aswell, edge claims it but then again if you look at it logically if they delay until 2014 that gives Microsoft a chance to sell the 720 before the PS4 even comes to the uk thus Sony lose customers. That said my mind is made up

Because of past mistakes and fan boy mentality they would never please everyone just like the CAD comic. I just need to remember that I put my PS3 in a bag to take to a games night in November and I have not plugged it in since. No matter what the price I don't NEED one.

Personally I would have to see more detail before even considering one, my last couple of consoles have generally been nothing more than dust collectors most of the time with PCs being my main games machine since the 90s.

The Japanese always put Europe last on the launch list. Distribution in the EU is way more complex (in the US it's "get it to Wal-Mart and Gamestop" and you're done), and is actually in an even bigger state of turmoil with GAME's issues and HMV's collapse. Also, I have a suspicion that Sony are going to need to do a bunch of ISP deals across Europe to make this happen (whereas in the US, once again, AT&T and Comcast cover most of the bases). I'd expect it in Europe for Easter 2014, and probably not in all territories. Finally, there's rights' deals. All the music and video and even the service partner deals like Netflix have to be done on a territory by territory basis in Europe. Takes time.
