So whos rolling Origins?

I would too.. my computer is not friend with the new graphics =)

I always used classic client as long as I could..

This should mean ToA, SI, and all other expansion zones will be removed and all new classes also to be removed? If so I think I might like this type of server =)

With ok population it should be quite simple PvE experince but sufficient and focus on RvR without all crap they put in later expansions.. never liked the whole idea to make new classes superpowerful to make people play them =)

Also the almost impossible struggle for the best template is too much WoW style .

Though i dunno. Ill prob play a ranger again and for that class the new frontiers were much more ideal. Also like si. On the other hand its nice to play the good old classic zones again.

Do hope they make crafting xp way faster otherwise many people wont even bother before they know for sure many people will stay once they are 50. To much of a waste of time otherwise.

In the end i'd just like to see daoc alive again with very active rvr like in the good old days sigh.

I do hope they make xp go alot faster though. For many people itll be a bitch to go back to the slow xp grind again and forced to group up, after playing those newer way easier mmorpgs.

I dont think I will play Origins now as I'm really enjoying myself on the German Cluster. So much action here and alot of fun like in the old days when Prydwen started.

The only way I would play Origins is if the german cluster dies.

I will be rolling Origins, actually it's the only reason I've decided to return to DAoC. I quit around the time ToA was released.

I've paid one months subscription to play Thid on the US classic server for now because I couldn't wait.

Great game.. Hopefully I'll see you all in Origins, sooner rather than later.

been vnboarding alot about this (a good while ago) and the project has been dead for over a year, it was supose to be released like 8 months ago and now its been dead, not a word. they wont even say its not coming becuase they are so ashamed of thier shitty communcation with their players. yes they have realised OF videos and such, but alot of work according to them, also if it was to be released, some classes from exp's would be in it, (wow thats classic indeed) not valk and some other class/s tho, well but it doesnt matter its not ever going to happen sorry

Ashamed? Like they had any responsibility to some elitistic twats that is just itching to make a new doomsday prophecy about anything/everything.

My guess is that they are testing it properly and want to get things right instead of just releasing some random crap.

What a fucking mindless answer. "Elitistic twat"? It's stone cold facts. Do you honestly think announcing a new server concept and igniting a wave of enthusiasm and interest and then not releasing ANY info for half a year is a sound strategy? They ought to be ashamed, they really do, for wasting the potential origins had.

I was optimistic and was really interested in origins concept as well, so don't give us shit like that because the problem is not "doomsday prophecy" or whatever you imagine, it's a lousy customer communication and policy.

Im pretty sure EA got involved in this since Origins was to be released about the same time as WAR. My guess is that EA said no and postponed the release.

I still think they will release it though. If not then why post stuff about it in grab bag and why still have the link to the poll up on their home page? Makes no sense to me...
