So who going to be joining me in WoW ?

I know there's quite a few people out there that like me are just gagging for WoW to be released. I thought it would be cool if we can get an idea who from DAOC is going to be giving it a try, so we can keep intouch when in WoW and maybe form a guild if people are up for it.

Me I'll be a Female, Night Elf, Rogue and If poss I'll go by the name jellybaby.


Bit of info for those that dont know...

WoW = World of Warcraft

Beta signup has not yet started
Beta will be release between now and the end of the year
No date for Alpha release
No Idea on cost per month yet though there will be one.

I'm VERY worried that hunters will be overpowered like soo many pet classes have been, not in DAOC so much but if u ever played UO youl know what I mean.(imagine a guy with 20 flying red con dragons and youl get the idea )

Im still considering a mage myself. the idea of a firewiz with stealth just sounds way too mcuh fun

Yeah, I know. Mage does sound very nice as well. Invisibility spell for teh winz0r.

Though personally I dislike the whole cartoony look, I prefer DragonEmpires or Lineage2 but we'll see.

Unfortunately the beta will be US-based players only with the possibility of a *small* euro test towards the end.

All the gameplay demos and info i've seen so far indicate it'll play alot like DAoC but with a different skill system (you gain skill as you use your abilities). Should be fun, night elf warrior or human mage for me
