So when do we get our realm war?

this is just an exact replica of the realm war pages for DAoC,

I expect finally they will go up, then along comes a patch - and boom, broken again for months, and so the wheel turns...

If they're using a Flash interface for the realm war then it's highly likely they're also using XML to feed data to it.

Just wait and see once they've finally got it up, hopefully we'll be able to rip the data out of it and offer alternatives fairly quickly.

They now pay tax on their subs, I'm pretty sure when I played US it worked out about the same (£9.xx). How much do they pay for WAR?

I'd say we have a better service in WAR than US players do.

I don't want the XML they have, it's buggy, doesn't show half the players, most of the search functions are for meaningless crap like "who has the most influence", and to top it off they do not let players pull the XML from the site to make their own pages.

They have more players than us, so that's expected. Magnus does a great job and everything, but do we actually need 2+ ppl reporting on the same things?


Have you actually seen the US herald? It's worse than the GOA flash site.
