I would agree with most here. but after you got 5 or 6 Goles heads its prob not going to be as prized for you. So i surgest you Lotto them off on attendance records, Guild A has joined last 4 raids, Were as guild B is on it's first raid in weeks, Guilde c has done last 4 raid, Lotto head between guild A and C, They must cover your costs ofc That way Poeple have a chance at it IF they turn up for your raids....

Would also place some importance on Zan for a bit as well..
