tldr...but...have a chat, tell her you're pissed & why...if she offers to replace the broken stuff (the right thing to do), great, if not what are you going to do? She's your sister. At the end of the day its just stuff. Yes, expensive stuff, but just stuff. No point bearing a grudge for ever. That shit eats away at you. Get over it.

Have a messy poo, then use ALL of her panties to clean your ass.
Don't forget to neatly fold them and put them away.

Blow jobs heal all rifts.

what if you only have a crack, not a rift. I know some of us are blessed with rifts, but there's no need to rub it in everyone's face :(

I can understand the sisters PoV. Now.. using my worldy knowledge, i'm damn sure Skiing is a dangerous, adventurous, thrill seaking sport, or can be. Last time i went skiing, i lost my oakleys, shredded my skis, tore my ski jacket, feck me you could say i'd been for 2 weeks skiing !

What I find surprising you and your parents lent this stuff out and your now all " surprised" at the damage. If she had been Curling or Ice skating for 2 weeks fair enough, but this damage etc.. is fairly normal - ie if your not a total noob and going down the easy slopes, shit happens skiing. I lent my scuba gear to my bro and told him explicitely before he went to egypt, break this shit, you pay for it. She's annoyed your annoyed, as to me it's a very high probability some of that stuff would come back damaged or lost, and she cannot understand now why your now whining, you should have made it clear before she left.

Saying sorry costs nothing and if i ever borrow or damage anything i always apolagise and immediately replace it.

It's called being an adult

Sorrys also mean nothing these days, much like the word love. "Oh i love vanilla icecream", so that frosted cream is as important to you as your child? :D

I try not to apologise if i haven't deliberately done something wrong(hindsight counts ofcourse, but accidents are not apology demanding) and don't expect an apology on anything outside knowing malicious acts. Love even less, special stuff and all.

If my brother broke my stuff, i'd shrug it off, then ask politely if he could replace the sh*t.

I did as an added example of an overused word. Way to miss a point though :D

I made my point fine, you are the one that went off on a tangent about love and how having manners means nothing to everyone(your opinion)

It's nice to have a different view on things but just taking that view for the sake of seeking attention get's old

If she came back from Holiday and said "a tree hit me in the face and your glasses got scratched I am sorry I will replace them for you" I doubt he would be calling her a cunt. He might even of shrugged it off as one of them things. But as she displayed no respect for his property (losing cables and bags) saying that skiing is hardcore and shit happens does not really cover for that lack of respect.

Does anyone else have any pictures of their sister, or any one else's sister, that they'd like to share ? Just to get the ball rolling ?

Obviously it's a fucking tricky concept to get your head around.

I don't know about you but whenever I borrow something from someone, I return it in the condition it was in when I received it. If I can't do that, I offer to buy a replacement.

It's called respect.

..Provided acceptable wear and tear.. I see Zede's point - but I don't know what counts as acceptable and as Soze points out, it probably goes beyond that.

I can't believe I just contributed to this.
