If albs engage tactic is considered lame then Hibs are equally lame. Of course the lame award goes to Midgard for never ever ever completing a relic raid against albion at primetime.

Mids have done it once against Albion but that was a long time ago, think it was one of Killgordes raids.

Ok, then remove lower specc aoe CC and instant CC so you don't have healing healers with helping the pac healers in CC....

As for sorc, ok remove lifedrain and give normal nuke with higher delve value. Or that would be worse for you?

And as for minstrel, ok, I got np totally removing the stealth line and instead give some line that would give end regen, heals and the so missing resists from alb groups. Oh wait, that would be worse for you?

44 pac 30 mend = best pac healer spec, that gets u the lowest spread heal which is around 550~ heal w/o relics and 10 sec ae stun along with all the other nice goodies, only and idiot would spec 6 more points in pac for a 1sec longer ae stun and a liddul better ae insta mezz/stun and lose out on the spreadheal
