Just wondered if there was a better/nicer way of creating a sitemap than a simple page of static html links, like a database perhaps that orders the links like the: FreddysHouse > Hardware/Software > WebDev with categories and subcategories, where you can easily add extra pages as you create them? And/or if anyone has opinions on sitemap layouts? :)

if all your articles were pulled from a db to be displayed, then it wouldn't be too hard to create a list of them

but with lots of static pages, i guess you could go through teh folders and list html files, not a very nice way to do it though

The pages are static, actually it's for the planet surveyor site in my sig. :)

well, as it's quite small, i'd convert it to a database based site and genorate it from that

I don't really want to do that; it's going to be a lot bigger with lots of images and I'm not sure how to do all that with a database, prefer doing it all in Dreamweaver so I can see what's going on. :)
