to sum this up before everyone go nuts and run around like headless chickens.
bb - a fair and easy accesable advantage for everyone to get if they are willing and have the money for it.
template - a fair and easy accesable advantage for everyone to get if they are willing and have the money and have the TIME to make one and get the stuff needed.
lame ? well there are 2 different schools on this subject , but to sum it up no it's not , it's part of the game, if it wasn't supposed to be so then it wouldn't be a problem , but here we are now and we can't change it , some people just have more time / money / are willing to get some things done.
