Hmm official SI site still quotes 21st Feb as release date,

In addition, Shrouded Isles contains many new quests, weapons, armor, monsters, and NPCs. The monsters also benefit from finer scripted behaviors, which make for more “epic” encounters.

Release date : the 21st of February 2003.
