Don't get me wrong , frankie. I lived in Detroit for about 7 years and spent another 3 in it's suburbs. Detroit isn't all that great, lotsa crime, shitty schools (except for 4 of the High Schools), corrupt cops... You name it, it's there. There's also casino gambling in downtown Detroit nowadays. Downtown is getting to be a nice place to live, especially on the waterfront. Detroit's coolest suburb is Windsor, Ontario, Canada. It's right across the river from there. The northern suburbs are really nice, very expensive homes, good schools, and the bulk of the sweetest clubs are there. The Motor Lounge is located in Hamtrammack, which is a small city within Detroit itself. It's the best place for Techno, everyone spins there from Frankie Bones to Derrick May.

Detroit can be cool, but Chicago's better.

In Michigan you can get a motorcycle license at 16yrs old. I'm not sure about Illinois.

Most of the younger guys have a cafe racer of sorts. Katana's, CBR's, Ninja's and the like are all the rage. Bimota's and Ducati bikes are too expensive so you don't see them a lot.

It's next to impossible to get beer and liquor if you're underage. You have to provide ID in order to buy. Someone else could buy it for you, but they would go to jail and get fined if they got caught.

I have lived with a single parent all my life, in a crap area, in a household not flowing with money but it didn't stop me working hard at school to get good grades and turning out to be a nice pleasent person... there are a lot of twats in my area - I chose to do something about it so I wouldn't turn out the same.

You don't understand life exor - cuz your rich mummy and daddy made sure you turned out to be a stuck up little bastard like they are.

I can't be arsed to reply to all that, but if you read exors post before that one I spouted abuse at him you may see why. Things like that are just not nice and are a bit too 'personal' in a way - like he's taking a crack at my upbringing. Just because I haven't got a lot of money and happen to live in a working class area makes me a bad person? Thats what Paul is trying to make out, and there have been times in other threads where you have been the same with your comments.

I'll not argue no more if you don't - simple as that.
