Ahh well yes, I'm going on the theory that this new one will mean he gets a better shave and then doesn't need to do it as often so that I don't get that horrible prickly chin rub when snogging

I don't mind a bit of stubble but loads is just painful.

Are you talking for the Vaginal licking, because my gf says the facail hair is crap after 4/5 days cos its really tickles xD

Just pour some almond oil around the area and wait 15-20 mins and the hair will fall off, completely pain- and harmless.
Otherwise just use a new blade and finish off with some talcum.
If you're REALLY into pain use that aftershave shit.
