Erm, is it just me that sees the difference? Quite easy to level a theurg and a pally at the same time (my friend does it too). PBT on the theurg, then switch to pally. With a merc and a cleric...stick merc to mob, switch to cleric, heal etc, switch back to merc for next target, repeat. Pretty much the same for a warrior and a shaman. Now, RvRing is slightly different. You have to be ready at all times. And tbh, playing a cleric in sidi and a reaver in RvR would involve some insane complications. How can you be ready for an attack when you're healing your group on a sidi raid? Clerics play a very important role on a sidi raid and if you're playing a reaver in RvR at the same time you can't be doing a reliable job at the sidi raid.

theres a huge difference between lvling 2chars (of wich one mostly a 1button wonder) in the same grp and rvring with 1 and on a raid with the other, you need to focus on both chars in the last case.

and this behaviour doesnt surprise me from tilda

While we're on the subject of leveling 2 char's at once...what I found quite astonishing was that when I was leveling my armsman...I often saw this guy/gal leveling his/her ice wiz and cleric together. Thought it was pretty amazing that he/she could keep the group alive and still do a good job pbaeing.

And who's to say the Cleric isn't the character he's paying most attention to? He could very easily have been playing the Cleric and just running the Reaver around Solo during downtime etc...

No, I PLAY both at the same time. None of this one being AFK stuff... Theurgist nukes while Paladin twists chants, Cleric heals while Merc uses taunts to hold aggro, Shaman heals, DoT's and diseases while Warrior taunts and styles... Simultaneous playing of 2 characters...

Now, RvRing is slightly different. You have to be ready at all times. And tbh, playing a cleric in sidi and a reaver in RvR would involve some insane complications. How can you be ready for an attack when you're healing your group on a sidi raid? Clerics play a very important role on a sidi raid and if you're playing a reaver in RvR at the same time you can't be doing a reliable job at the sidi raid.

When you're soloing in RvR, it's not all that difficult to park your character in an out of the way spot while you switch to and play another character... and from the Sidi raids I've been on, if you're in a good group there are very few places where a taxing amount of healing is required.

His Cleric is called Tildi... but he could have had one of several other 50's on that account there...

As I said, people need to stop speculating until Tilda puts forward his side of the story.

In that case, it's very easy to /stick to the main tank with guard on and go 'afk' for a few mins to heal on a raid. Wouldn't be the first time he's been afk in RvR... we've let him off in the past because his blocking kept Q alive...

As I said, it would cause complications. If you're wanting to RvR, it's not really fair on the group you're in to go afk. I'm sure there's plenty more tanks that could have taken his spot in the group and done a better job. Inconsiderate and selfish really.

At that time of day you're lucky to get any sort of RvR group together when theres a Sidi raid on... and it's not as though theres much in the way of tough opposition about either!

It's not just about defending someone from my guild. Tilda, for all his faults, is a friend... and I wouldn't be a good friend if I didn't say something in the face of all the wild accusations being thrown around. People should stop speculating and wait for Tilda to put forward his side of the story before condemning him.

Fact is mate, your argument is flawed because Tilda's cleric wasn't on the raid, or aligro wouldn't have made this thread.

Alith... come on lvling two chars together where both are in the same group is hardly the same as sticking one afk on a raid simpley to get drops for your "main" while rvr'ing with it at the same time ! Other ppl doing it too doesn't make it right.

It isn't actually that hard, if you're running two accounts windowed. I used aligro and myself to kill princess using two accounts, would switch to aligro, twist + amythyst, switch to daws, tap small heal twice, switch back to aligro, repeat. But it requires attention and you have to be careful

If he was on the raid someone would have noticed him either way.
