I know people has their own opinions on la/axe or 2hander.
Do you think the Left Axe spec or the 2 Handed spec is the best?

You are not supposed to post an essay on stats or anything like that, simply say if you think LA or 2H is the way to go.

Let the poll begin.

Old fashioned 5 spec, but usually group with a hunter so the lvl high venom and in combat stun is still very useful, even solo still do ok.

As a 2h you will be evaded til the cows come home V assasins, at least with LA you have a chance even with PA/cd

never use 2h. never.(kk, in keep attacks and strong kiteing mebbe..)



2h do suck in most cases.

atm. And im fairly happy with spec, I preform ok, but I do miss Frosty Gaze, so Im planning to respec if/when i ding
rr7. You have to be fully autotrained to pull this spec off tho.

50 axe

33 stealth
30 env

This will be a shadowzerk with PA and best str/con debuff, havent seen anyone use this spec before, but I belive
it will be awesome :p

Pa aint very high i know but still pop thru bt and do decent dmg to casters.
Will pop more pts into La at rr6 if i ever get there ;c~

This is a RR4 template and I need to respec at RR5.

2 hand PA cap = 909
1 Hand/LA PA cap approx=670

The difference gets even smaller when hitting actual people. 2 hander for lone sitting casters only.

RR6 Template, can go 35 Stealth, 33 Envenom whilst you are below RR6 so you have access to the last Debuff and 50 Stealth at RR5.

25 LA +11 Items +4 RR = 40 LA. DR2 == 12 LA trains for base damage. Total Base damage per hand = ~85%

kinda happy with this, tho I have a full respec and thinking of trying another spec :)

Don't ever waste time using 2h, totally pointless unless 99.9% of the time.

Bugger it - rolled 2 sbs - Certifiable - gonna be la user with bs2 only for stun - why? - well makes sense to me - stun then use la back moves to put down a lotta damage quickly. Otherwise hit and rehit to remove bubble - am so fast it don't matter much!

Crit? - Wtfla - well fine, but i hate the lack of melee available - have to rely on 2 handed which is my opinion is not a lot of cop for melee use against incredibly fast assassins. But can be good -have to swap weapons out of bag a lot though - sheesh!

As i say; rolling both types as i reckon each is good if you spec right - have great gear and a full aug buffer - and eh - know one or 2 things.

Certifiable (Norse SB - la user - level 37)
Wtfla (Norse SB - Crit - level 35)

Next move will be to lower cs (as 3rd in cs chain aint of much use and the 5 extra don't do that much in dmgcap with pa) to either pa/cd or just pa.

Useing a 2h seems just boring, ur one ugleh pa machine and if you miss pa you can always enjoy redyeing ur buffbots gear, pick ur noose or actually do styles in the fight - end result is the same.

I'll trade my 2h ability for a lifter1 or mow1 anytime.

I would advice strongly against that tactics. Only thing you achive by bs2'ing him, is giving him stun imunity against a possible
frosty gaze. Imo you should just pop out of stealth with backstyle. Not many infils, mincer, scouts and other solo'ers run around with bladeturn. Except for casters tho.
I was specced SZ before, and only targets I bothered using bs2 on, were casters.

Only use 2h IF u sure u can kill in 2-3 hits, if not dont even think about it :p

Try test with other sb duel him use u 2h he uses 1h.
The evade rate of the 1h sb is going up like mad, and u damage over time swining a 2h weapon not better.

Mythic says there is no penalty , well we all know mythic knowes less about this game then most players.

Can use 2h after u get stun in, nice GM or other 2h style with good bonus, but if purge is up U just look funny again :/

2H sb for people that will run around looking for the odd solo caster or druid.

aye muh thats wot i plan to be when/if i get my hands on a full respec.

I like the high debuff and atm im 50 axe and like dmg :D so with that la it should be cool

Sorry 2 hear it :( Lets hope its not the kinda crap dmg ive come up against b4, sbs doing 2x's dmg offhand is teriable tbh.

I know if it was me i dont think i'd be taking advice of a sub 50 char who hasnt fully experience the pains & joys of said class. But thats just me. No offense intended Lord-pelu.
