Well the other way it could be done is by making it a mob on a 30min respawn timer, but making it so you need 4fg+. Considering how powerful SoM is I don't see the problem with it being difficult/annoying to get. Of course, thats just my opinion - and yes, yes. Its wrong, and i'm evil and I drown puppies for a living.

Why does everyone want it so badly? I have it and it aint that UBER. Harpy's also have a good proc.

Harpy cloak charge is shit compared to the som proc, vs a MA of 3 tanks a chainproccing 200 dmg 100% absorb proc can save your sorry hide, while an offensive proc which makes 1 person unable to attack for 6 seconds won't.

Main problem with the harpy cloak charge is that it gives you an offensive proc, not defensive, so only the player you're targetting can get affected by the disarm thingie.
