nah, i was just about to whack some hibbys at AMG and it went down, i checked with guildys on msn if it was for them too then pulled up server list, pryd was down then more and more went down.. so i had a head start.

I've just been outside most of the fucking day. I'm on a coach to london in a few hours, just wanted to let my friends know I won't be around for a while.. not too much to ask, but no... the French are in charge

It's not GoA's fault.

An opentransit router seems to have gone 'boom'.

in a way it is there fault, the should of planed on there DRP (disaster recovery plan) and have all traffic switch to a redundant provider in case they lose connectivity.

Following a technical problem at our server hosting facility, the admins had
to brutally shutdown every Dark Age of Camelot server sadly without giving
us time to warn all the players ingame.

The technical teams are working on resolving the problem and we will let you
know as soon as there is more information available. The last ETA we had was all servers up and running again by 19:00 CET.

Above is the news just posted on the official homepage (which you can't see ofc as it's down...). Last news, servers should be back up in the hour. This doesn't have anything to do with the current Excalibur bug (Mythic and our teams are still trying to figure out a fix for it).

hp say's that there are 1543 on excalibur and 463 on broceliande!

but in the server window if u start game up without choosing a char it say's 0
all over.
