Server Lag???

I read that a guy from GOA reads these boards occasionally... Just wondering, what exactly is the lag all about in certain zones on Excalibur? The past few nights the lag has become worse and worse, tonight in DF really was bad, my group even died a few times thanks to it. Happens every 30 seconds or so, and lags for around 5 seconds at a time.

Just making you aware of this problem, i assume you don't know about it, because if you did it'd be fixed by now, right?

Am starting to get slightly pissed off about lack of service. I've always been a fan of GoA but recently they have been becoming worse and worse and the regular server crashes included make them even worse in my books.
