Thid temps are easy to make, if you don't want to put loads of time in I'd suggest buying a full set of level 20 aurulite armour. If you really wanna put alot of time into it, I'd go for some SC.
For jewelry as a scout Gem of Nightmares or Gem of Terror (if thats the tank version) is a must for the melee speed or whatever and also Peridas Vigor. If you want to get +cap the best option is to go for level 40 aurulite jewelry which has some +cap. Bow/shield/weapon should be crafted with some nice procs on them maybe a lifedrain or something.
