Blackberry cameras are notorious for being blurred and crap. I'm expected to use my work phone to send them images of damaged items and they complain about the quality of the pics all the time.

American prisons can hire out their "workforce" and prisons can be run by companies.

tldr version, prison companies donate to governors and district attorneys ( elected parts of legal sytem...sigh ), to keep "strict" sentencing which gives them a veritable supply of cheap labour to profit from.
It's pretty disgusting, especially when you learn what % of these "prisoners" are black.

You can go to any 'Kush Doctor' in cali and buy a medical card for a couple dollars and your good to go, just go into any smoke shop and take your pick once you have your card. It's Nevada which has the insanely strict policy on it. I have a pic of a typical call card also in my wallet, will post it up later.

And it's mostly because the inner city areas and ghettos are all inhabited by blacks and latinos.. you only hit white people when you come to the suburbs, also i'd say 90% of the homeless (and fuck me there is alot) were black. There is also an extremely heavy police presense in these areas and the obvious racism that follows.
