I'd go for second anyday tbh.

Only thing both of these miss is phn, and with 50af 91con and 400hits, it dosent make too much of a diff.. dont want to sacrifice that.

the 2nd one i used for like 2 weeks with a small modification.... malice as main hand... and crafted LA for 1,5 sec swing..

And about the first... mincers got body dd...so get 20%+
Matter should be higher a bit... many use matter weaps now trying to find holes
CW as part of fixed weaps template isnt that gr8 imo...make it a free weap and use CW along with the rest of swap. (basically swap the 2h slot and keep cw equiped for uber h.o.t. charge)

Depends really. Not necessary to switch weapons if you have low envenom, specially not when SBs now got bludgeon.

Most assasin fights are over in 20secs nowdays anyways so it would be damn hard to; switch weapons, press correct styles, use necessary abilities (RA's, potions, artifacts etc.), move around and at the same time keeping an eye on your enemy. In other words, close to impossible to do.

I'd go for second template, got a similar one myself. And I'm specced: 44CS, 39LA, 34 stealth, 34 sword and 23 envenom.

It will have godess necklace aswell as rod. So I will have 3 stealth lores if you count SoM as one. Lore has become very powerfull since after patch when critstyle openings deal massive damage.
