This time of year is one of my favorite due to these
wonderfull brews...
So, how many have you had, wich have you had, and wich would you like to try ?
I have yet to dig into the ones from work but, so far I've tried
Konges bryghus, Skovlyst, Ørbæk, Svaneke, and ofcause, the obligatory Tuborg & Royal xmas
Putting together a little tasting evening for my self and a couple mates,
where we will be biting into some of the finer stuff from work, and trying
out some of the "project beers" and some forign brews as well.
project beers meaning "own brews" and aged beers
" mikkellers santas little helper, Bøgedahl, Jacobsens Semper Ardens.
so share your nectar, and tell your christmas tale!
oh!
I've also tried a couple xmas malts, although, well, honestly...I dont get these.
that's not saying I didnt like them "typically finishes" but I dont really get it,
as in. I dont really see the Christmas connection.
same goes for some "although wonderfull" christmas brews that I've seen and tried over the years.
Delamian makes a good Xmas Cognac though, wich is blended to a more spicy version of the orig..
.and I'd say has abit of that "xmas feel" over it.
