a rr9+ wl , won't be affected by the nerfbat as low rr's cause they will still have high enough mom and wp and aug acuty do make up for the dmg lost.

Guys - do you get it yet? Whining in grats threads is likely to get you banned, with perma bans for repeat offenders... if you don't wish to congratulate someone in their grats thread then just don't post.
