so if i was to adhere to the rules laid down by the duelling/1v1 crowd i now have 2 area's where i cannot play in without risk of whine and in the 3rd i get zerged to hell by the mass stealthzergs operating there.

Look, I'm not putting down any rules how you should play, I'm just giving you some suggestions, cause you sure seem uncomfortable with the whines, or is it as I said that you really expected this and you are just enjoying it? Then I don't see why you keep discussing about this.

As I said, I'm not stopping you from playing where you want. I gave you a suggestion, wich seemed to fit you perfectly fine since you play for fun (with friends). Why don't you group up with your friends and go have a blast in irvr? Cause that's what most people like you do

My friends atm are pveing trying to get lgm crafters sorted for 1.84 since we all have new templates that require sc lgm weps, so i'm solo in rvr atm. As i said if i was to adhere to your crowds, not you in particular but the crowd you are in (solo hate adds etc) then yesterday i would have only been able to goto 1 zone to rvr without whines where there were mass stealthzergs. You just have to accept we have a different playstyle that conflict.

Like i said, if you had a solo zone that was out of the way i wouldn't go there, but the thing is, MANY of these solo people want the rp's just as much as the solo fights, hence why they constantly return to a bridge area.

Wich RPs? From what? You don't mean the 1v1 fights at DC right?

If one would want RPs roll BD/SM on midgard, sorc/cabby on albion or bainshee/ench and take on your playstyle, more or less.

They want solo fights, so they goto bridges and KEEP returning to the same bridge when i am there why? because as much as they want solo fights they want the constant stream of rp's which bridges provide.

I think it's because they know they can find the other soloers there aswell, if they could communicate with eachother I'm pretty sure they wouldn't keep coming back to the same place (Might be suprising, but not every soloer uses IRC).

And what options do they have anyways? iRvR in albion, don't need to say anything, or bledmeer with one bot passing inside bledmeer to port berk every now and then...

May I ask you what 'constant stream of rp's wich bridges provide' is about? To be honest I usually never reach over 10k after 2-3h of playing. And I almost always go DC.

Bridges are a constant stream of rp's, when i goto beno there is a constant stream of albs crossing the bridge, same with mid/hib, obviously irvr affects this but one reason people keep going back to a place where they get added/zerged is the constant stream of people ie rp's.

could be because alb/mid has to cross the bridge to get a boat were hibs got a nice littel tower with guards next to it.. an its nota constant stream of rps.. ppl go there because pretty much the only ppl that goes to dc is after fair fights an then ofc ppl like you who cant kill anything your self an need to steal other ppl's work..

not really eeben. that dock disparity is just stupid I agree, but I can guerentee when we have our docks on the other side of the water crauch will still be the quietist of the 3 dock regions on the grounds the other realms cba to get boats if given the option of that or doorstepping.

My point was that ofc there is a wide steam of rps at beno/bled because you have to cross water/bridge to get a boat ride.. At dc you dont meet all those ppl who are trying to get a boat an thats why most of the ppl going dc is looking for good fights because its just not possibel in same way at beno/bled

Yes? And every soloer likes eat up the passing hibs for free rps? Bridges are a constant danger for adds, not a stream of rps If you played alb/mid solo there you would know.

I can agree that it's a place where you can be sure to find something to fight, but hardly 'streaming rps'
