Yeah, real shame. One of the best in the group.

Atleast went out in jackass style and not by some brainclot while sleeping, which ofcourse doesn't dissolve the issue, but just saying.

Here's to you, hoping there's plenty of naked chicks whereever you land :drink:

i dont understand this... yes its bad news and i dont wish it uppn anyone... but he was drink driving doing 110 mph in a 30-40 mph zone... i got no time for drink drivers regardless who they are... if it was some random guy people would be grilling him for his actions... but as this guy was well known its a different response... regardless of his actions... what about the passenger who was also in the car that died? i dont see any response regarding him...

Or gave the keys to a sober friend who lost control of a rather powerful car. Will have to see.

Not to mention, could've been one beer couple of hours before the driving.

On upper point; it's a shame because he was an entertainer, it's a public asset lost. It happens, ofcourse, but the RIP etc have more to do with appreciating what he gave us, not that the death was somehow unwarranted. Death is death, no going around it, but can appreciate what was given before it.

I've come to realise it at some point or other, because i too used to say "no one cares for the man down the street", but it's more to do with the person actually being aprt of your life, be it via a TV screen. Human nature i suppose, caring about deaths that happen to someone you know and not bothering with those you don't. Would be pretty terrible a life thinking of all deaths around.

A public asset lost? Are we talking about the same person? The guy who drinks bleach and shoves fireworks up his arse and staples his nuts to a door (or whatever the fuck he got up to)?

Yes it was funny, but he is absolutely no loss to humanity at all. TBH the gene pool probably got a touch better.

Entertainment is an asset as much as gene research. Humanity wouldn't probably be this far if it weren't for entertainers keeping the moral up. Hell, still use it in wars as people fly to entertain troops.

It's a shame he killed someone else, and good no one else got hurt. Drink and dangerous drivers are scum.

Speculation really, until toxicology comes through.

Might be, might not be, might have been wasted, might have had a few in a night, might have stopped after two beers 4 hours before driving etc.

No real loss, sorry for his family that lost him but these people make a living by being idiots so was only matter of time before they died at a rather young age.
If he was drink driving then he deserved it, if the passanger knew he was drink driving then he deserved it... else shame someone suffered a pointless death and glad no one in another vehicle or pedestrian injuried

People are reporting he posted pics of himself getting drunk then crashed and killed himself. If he was drunk then he does not get a RIP just an I am glad he did not take any innocent victims with him (the guy who got in a care with a drunk guy excluded).

He posted a pic of himself with a seeming beer in hand.

That means jack and sh*t really.

Until official word, it's speculation ;)

depends how far over the legal limit he was I guess, its not a crime to have a bottle of beer before driving home... all down to how much he consumed which i'm sure we'll find out within the next 24-48 hours.

I didnt find anything he did remotely funny. It was all just really idiotic pointless stunts.

Hopefully this is the end of Jackass

Not sure why people look up to or are giving this disgrace the time of day, even in death tbh. Went out like the total prick that he clearly must have been.

Jackass was awesome. That prank with the guy dressed as a terrorist in the taxi was epic.

thats your opinion, not ours.

The opinion on his entertainment aside, as that is a pointless discussion, a matter of taste and nothing else, what are your thoughts on the way he died? More and more reports of him being "wasted", and even if he wasn't, driving at excessive speed at the least.

If he was driving drunk then he got what he deserved really...if he killed an innocent then the bugger should have survived as a vegetable
