I've been tempted to switch to thrust to try it out on my scout.

I've been thinking of how I wanted to my template to look and have come up with the following - bearing in mind, the SC is missing but have a look.....

Stats:
Str: 91/101
Con: 0/75
Dex: 73/101
Qui: 28/75
HP: 220/280
AF: 50/50

Skills:
Thrust: 7/11
Shield: 0/11
Stealth: 11/11

Resists:
Body: 18%
Sprit: 16%
Matter: 26%
Energy: 11%
Cold: 17%
Heat: 23%
Thrust: 19%
Slash: 25%
Crush 25%

The following items are used:

Necklace: Sililia's
Belt: Twisted belt
Gem: EDS
Ring: Director's ring of Oblivion
Ring: Asaroth's (sp??)
Bracer: Zahur's
Bracer: Ebon hide
Vest: Sidi Sanguine
Helm: Winged helm
Cloak: SoM
Leggings: New Epic
Shield: Runed Defender(iirc)
Wpn: CL thrust

I'm sure more con would be nice and if anyone has any idea's to help out, please do let me know.

This template for me, would be mainly about heal procs. You'll notice that 3 of the items have decent heal procs: shield with 80 value heal, leggings with 130 value and vest with 180 value heal.

try reading the post, he said the SC was missing.
if you're able to get the stats/resists/skills capped with SC i think it looks nice. high AF with some nice heal procs could be really powerful

do the SC and post whole template imo

thrust is dependant on 1/2 dex / 1/2 str - u need to cap both (and keep high con / hits as a melee scout AND cap QUI..

Looks very nice imo, 12 SC slots fre and you've already got most of the utility in there, should be able to cap everything important. What are TOA bonuses like though?

looks good so far, big offcap stats tho scares me about the outcome tho !

made my scout template with 2 stats <19 offcap <90hp and a couple of sists and skill, w/o 1h equip'd, but its doesnt have so flashy items, therefore not as good toa bonuses as your template

I'd say 4% melee dmg/style dmg from CL
7% melee spd from SoM/Twisted

I had ago at the SC last night - but the shield was getting to me, only had +5. A new line of thought that Jarvio mentioned was replacing the Sidi vest with ml10, making the template somewhat easier to get but it I'll have another go.

If I get one together that looks nice, I'll post it up.

hmm Replacing Sidi with ML10 making it easier.. Replace it with epic ffs )) looks promising.. i am rebuilding my scout temp aswell so i waiting )

Im having quite a bit of fun with my ml10 cloak, had to drop som for it but stripping random buffs off enemy is fun, if it takes the right ones they cant hit you

didn't think there was any reason not to go thrust since leg weps? scout obviously gets a far higher ws as thrust and leg's remove the problem of crappy negs on sb/hunter.
