Resist caps

What are the resist caps at lvl 50? i always thought it was lvl/2 +1 which is 26, but on my bonus list i have over 26 in quite a few. Does the list disregard the caps and list all you got even if its over, or am i wrong with the 26% cap?

Cap is 26%, its your racial resists.

Eq cap is 26%
Then you get racial bonus'
Then you get realm ability bonus'
Then buffs'

Not unknown to run around with 60% constantly for magic resists.

The 26% is what you can get from items, that list shows your current resist total, not only the resists from items.

so, my racial caps as a Saracen is :
26%+3% Thrust
26%+2% Slash
26%+5% Heat

w/o Cleric/Friar buffs

and only Lurikeens and Kobolds don't have 2 Melee resist's .. so go kill some with Slash/Thrust

Aom is a crackin RA for resists think its 4% resists to all magic per level or something all i know is my shades now 30% on heat,cold n some others i think

15% (with aom5, 3% each lvl)
24% resists (can be higher by a few pts due to Arcane)
35% baod
-------------
atleast 105%

why? ... isn't it allowed to resist, or deal ½ dmg because of perfect balanced grps ...???

The resists at over 50% are quite insane,

But then again it´s fun to run around with 51% heat and laugh to firewizzies

no fun going to pbaoe people and coming up with a message

You hit XXX for 0 (-750) damage
You hit YYY for 5 (-520) damage
You hit ZZZ for 0 (-900) damage

You were just hit by randome chanter for 400 (-500) damage.

Not fun

Shame I can't host screenie showing me pbaoeing 7 people, all for 0 damage each at lvl 50. How bloody ridiculous is that, of course in couple hits you are dead.

I don't mind hitting them for 100, at least it's summit but 0 is just stupid for a spell where you have to go into melee range to cast and putting yourself in grave danger.
