It says firby hits you for what ever dmg, it doesn't say that he hits you with an axe or sowrd or whatever does it.

All i gotta say is people who abuse the bainshee thingy at bridges/tower need to do it as i guess there not good enoug players to cope with normal RvR, so they feel there forced to abuse these bugs.
