Recording movies in DAoC???

Could someone please tell me how to record movies in DAoC?
I have this proggy named 'Fraps', but it can only record in 640x480

If someone knows another way to record movies (I have a complete video-editing installment here, but I wanted to keep it easy ) or another program, pls tell me

Or is there a way to change your DAoC to 640x480? Because the lowest resolution in the option's screen is 800x600

Maybe its a program? i know you take loads and lodas of screenshotes in DAoC but i dont think that makes it a flash movie

It's not possible to record movies using "screen capture" program running on same computer.
I tried this when I saw those cool daoc movies and immediately wanted to be daoc movie maker too
Results in something like 0.01 fps film..

Anyway, I've been using tv-out on my geforce and tv-capture card on another pc lately, it works nicely. I've tried many capture programs but still looking for one good enough.
It's also possible to record from tv-out with normal VCR and then capture it back from tape using tv-capture card if you got only one pc (or wanna save space).

Then after you've recorded something (quite few takes usually), you use some kinda video editing software to make the movie and add music and such.
There's many of them around so alot choice.
