Reaver's can do insane damage with Slam + levi and are VERY Decent 1 V 1 with there high Defence spec that is but ....

They Lack Det basically, only reason stopping them being alb's very own savage.

For grp rvr reaver's will mostly use slam + levi only or just levi < running supp >

For small grp / solo it's a mix ofc. then again that is the case with most melee orientated class's ^^

Well the Reaver is based on alot of the Thane feedback, guess mythic just lack imagination.

a _tank_ in studded, with uber savagery abils.

reaver has pbaoe chants, vw has spells.

SO savages have to get determination removed from them!!!!

When SI wasn't released yet and I looked at savages spells i thought they were all on the same timer... (so you could only use 1 buff)

Reavers are ok, as someone stated - 1v1 there pretty much unbeatable, longest winning streak of duels against mercs/friars/arms/palas was 22 duels

But in group based rvr they lack compared to savages

Reavers are a great addon to any group, however they don't make a perfect group due to not having det access, but it pains me to see people saying they arent good for groups, our dmg and debuffs are somewhat ignored over the merc and armsman, we more than equal the power and increase group damage by a substantial amount.

Hard class but alot of fun to play imo.
