You don't need +11 shield and you don't need +11 parry, unless you PvE alot then those bonuses won't help you much in group rvr and especially not for solo, and considering the fact that should you want todo so, then you can rely on RA abilities to aid you more than bonuses alot of ToA items give.

You also don't need to have 101 dex/str, it's nice to have but for a reaver it does not give you a vast advantage over others, unlike if you were a primarily solo class then it would, but as you spend 90% of the time playing reaver using leviathan, levels of MOM will give you a bigger boost than any amount of DEX, we're talking MoMIII here though.

Anyway, I think this template would be better for you, only took me 5 mins and I think it's very good and I'd be perfectly happy with it myself.
